Completion: December 2011
- The rear side extension to this mid-terrace Victorian single family dwelling creates a light airy space for family living. There is a new well equipped New England style kitchen with an island unit, Dining space across the full width of the rear, a sofa for relaxing and a bespoke dresser and TV wall for storage and books.
- The works include a downstairs WC, storage space and a small home office station.
- Roof-lights and a sun-pipe provide excellent daylight deep into the building with the full width folding sliding doors opening out to the patio and garden.
- A low energy lighting design has been installed including LED fittings.

Refurbishement and extension to the lower ground floor of a listed 5-storey Georgian terraced house.
- High specification, specially-coated glass extension replaced a thermally inefficient pastiche Victorian conservatory
- Lengthy negotiations were required with planners to permit the formation of the wide opening in the existing semi-circular rear bay, unifying the house and new extension
- Full-width foldaside glazed doors allow unrestricted views and access from the house and extension to the garden
