  • Double fronted period home updated and planning permission granted for a rear balcony at loft level.
  • All property windows and french doors renewed as double glazed sash windows to match existing profiles.

  • Site specific designed and built in wardrobes, drawers and storage.
  • Renewed roof with natural slate tiles and a high level of insulation including roof lights.
  • Main bedroom at first floor reappointed and opening onto a new dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
  • Refurbishment of the guest bedroom to include a new ensuite shower room.
  • Low energy lighting scheme throughout.
